Layer Cake on the Glass

Layer cake on glass? I think that a good idea.
Actually, that idea came when I planned to give a cake for my hubby. But, I tried to find something different and easy to eat. So, by making cake on glass, it was an easy way to eat cake without a mess. You can just scoop or dig a cake and enjoy!
So, here I give you a recipe for cake on glass!

Ingredients:
185gr butter
155gr caster sugar
2 eggs
115 self raising flour
40gr plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp bicarbonate soda
125ml buttermilk

Cream cheese frosting
ingredients:
110 gr butter softened
225 gr cream cheese
480 gr icing sugar
vanilla

Instructions (cream cheese):
1. mix butter and icing sugar until nice and smooth then add cream cheese and vanilla.
2. Mix them all until nice and soft. Ready to use.

Instructions (cake):
1. Mix butter and caster sugar until nice and soft then one by one add egg on the mixture.
2. Then, add self raising flour, plain flour, cocoa powder and bicarbonate soda into a mixture. Mix it well.
3. After that, you can add buttermilk and mix it well.
4. Prepare a baking pan and brush with butter. Then, pour a mixture into a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes (depend on a thickness) in 160 degree celcius
5. After cook well, rest a cake then cut into a glass shape.
6. Arrange the cake on the glass to make a layer with cream cheese layer.
7. Let it set on a fridge for couple hours and ready to eat. Enjoy
